Services

Four disciplines.
One career strategy.

GCTM doesn't sell services à la carte. These work together — every deal protects the brand, every story serves the long game, every channel is owned where possible.

01

Sponsorship Negotiation

Deals structured to the athlete's true value and competitive calendar. We hear the offer before we name a number, keep terms open until the full picture is clear, and review every contract for exclusivity and circumvention risk. The objective is maximum value without compromising existing partnerships or future leverage.

02

Talent Management

End-to-end career representation. Calendar coordination, opportunity vetting, relationship management, and clean deal execution from first contact through delivered work and payment. Declined opportunities are handled warmly — every door stays open for the right future timing.

03

PR & Narrative Strategy

The story gets told the way it should be told. Media timing, interview parameters, and public statements are managed proactively to shape the narrative rather than react to it. In high-stakes moments, this is the discipline that protects the brand.

04

Media Production

GCTM produces the GymnasticsVille Podcast — an owned platform and a direct line to an engaged gymnastics audience. Owned media means narrative control and a built-in activation channel for brand partners. Most agencies rent attention; we produce it.

05

Entertainment Production & Event Management

GCTM conceives, produces, and stages original entertainment. The agency wrote, produced, and staged RISE, An Acrobatic Play at the Walt Disney Theater of the Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts — a 2,700-seat Broadway-class venue. Original creative properties, ensemble direction, and full production execution at scale. See the production →

How we operate

Principles that hold across every deal.

  • One point of contact. All business and media communication routes through GCTM — one voice, one strategy.
  • Narrative control as default. We communicate with partners and media before public announcements, framing the story rather than chasing it.
  • Relationships preserved. Turn-downs are handled with care and an explicit ask for future opportunities. No bridge gets burned.
  • Documented approvals. Sponsored content runs through a written sign-off process that protects client and partner alike.
  • The long game. Every structure is built with the LA 2028 horizon in mind.
