About

The people behind
the representation.

Signing with a boutique agency is a bet on people, not a logo. Here's who you'd be working with — and how the work is divided.

Who we are

GymCrew Talent Management.

GCTM is an elite gymnastics representation agency built on a simple operating principle: one accountable point of contact, a controlled narrative, and an owned media platform behind every client. Co-founded by three people who run it hands-on.

How the work divides

One contact. One strategy. No mixed signals.

The structure is deliberate. Every business and media communication routes through Mubarak Simmons — a single accountable point of contact for athletes and brands alike. Taqiy and Kerry anchor the GymnasticsVille Podcast, GCTM's owned media platform and a direct line to an engaged gymnastics audience. The result is a small team that moves fast without losing control of the narrative.

Now you know who's behind it.
